A. Alternate between A1 and A2
A1. Back squat – 4 x 6 @ 74-78%, rest 1 minute before A2
A2. Single arm (standing) DB press – 4 x 8/side @ AHAFA, rest 2 minutes before A1. Always start with your weaker side first, same weight on both sides.
Conditioning
