+ max cals BikeErg

2 mins on/off
400/300m SkiErg
+ max cals row

2 mins on/off
15 burpees
+ cal assault bike

How this works:
Complete all 5 rounds on 1 of the above movements, in a 2 mins on/off fashion.
Ie. 400m row + max cals on BikeErg until the 2 mins are up.
Rest 2 mins, repeat.
