Warm-Up

Row-Bike-Ski-Run

Strength
10 Rounds
10 Bench Press
10 Push Ups
10 DB Single Arm Rows
20 Band Walks

Starting Weight 135
Add 10lbs to bench each round.  Last set should be 225lbs. Minimal rest between sets. If you can’t do 10 reps on the bench, then stay at that weight for the remainder of the 10 sets.
