Deck of Cards Conditioning Start the WOD with a joker. 50 Cards Each Hearts ❤️ = One Arm DB Thrusters Clubs ♣️ = Sit-Ups Spades ♠️= DB Snatches Diamonds ♦️= Wall Balls There will 4 Decks of Cards in the middle of the gym pick 10 cards at a time and complete the 10 cards then return the 10 cards and pick 10 more complete 50 cards. Jokers = Every 10:00 as a class 100m sled push each 200 battle ropes each and 100m farmer carry each. Everyone works at the same time. You can not start working again until everyone has completed the joker.
