Workout Description: Conditioning Team Exercise**
**Duration:** 25 Minutes - As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP)
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
10 Med Ball Sit-Ups
**Format:** Partner Workout (Team of Two)
**Exercise Sequence:**
- Partner 1 (P1): Pull-Ups (5 repetitions)
- Partner 2 (P2): Push-Ups (10 repetitions)
- Both partners perform their respective exercises simultaneously.
- After completing their movement, partners switch roles.
- Partner 1 (P1): Push-Ups (10 repetitions)
- Partner 2 (P2): Med Ball Sit-Ups (15 repetitions)
- Partners continue alternating between Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, and Med Ball Sit-Ups in the specified order for the duration of the 25-minute AMRAP.
Please note: Partners should not switch exercises until both have completed their designated movement. This workout is designed to challenge participants' endurance and strength while fostering cooperation and synchronization within the team.
